awesome album! pink says what everyone is afraid to say in "dear, mr. president", that song alone is worth the price of the cd. other great songs include u + ur hand, stupid girls and conversations with my 13 year old self. also great is the bonus track with her father, very emotional and chill rendering. great job pink! much love from buffalo, ny! |

and i thought long way to happy was an intense song. they were ridiculous to let pink come out with dear mr. president. that song just rocked my soul backwards and forwards. she apparently is with the sane part of america who wants to see bushwack out of office. nobody know is also a good song. "fingers"...a uk bonus track is so damn nasty. i love pink because she ceases to amaze me. she has never had the image with any of her cds, but yet i'm still on her bandwagon. while "can't take me home" was my favorite of all fours cds...each on has an incredible quality. and she's also one of the few people who do rock but doesn't scream...she can't actually sing. each of her albums to me have the "it" song. here's my list:
can't take me home- "stop falling" missundastood- "lonely girl (w/linda perry)" try this- "love song" i'm not dead- "conversations with my 13 year old self/i have seen the rain"
all i can say is you do the damn this ms. moore cuz i'm right there behind you. even though i like all the cds, i think this is my missundastood pt.2. |

pink is not afraid to be herself. even the tracks that aren't real strong are still a step above any of the other "cookiecutter" pop stars tunes on the radio. her voice has never sounded better. pink rocks!! |

i really think this is p!nks best album. theres a mix of different sounding tracks. dear mr presidentis nothing like, say, cuz i can. the first single, stupid girls, is probably one of the worst on the album for me. maybe its because i've heard it so often, i dont know. i think all the songs on this album are pretty strong, alot of them could be future singles. u + ur hand, cuz i can, who knew, runaway, im not dead etc would all be good singles. of course, there is a bad song or two on this album and for me, i got money now is pretty bad. dont get me wrong, its a good song but it just doesnt fit with the album. the album is really messy with pop, rock, country and even r&b sounding songs and it all seems to go well together. except that one song. also, the song with her dad is really good, the lyrics are awesome! overall, i think this album is one of the best i own. if you dont own a copy of it, i suggest you go out and buy it. its worth it.
fave songs: leave me alone, runaway and im not dead |

p!nk has done it again. another fantastci album. there's loads of different kinds of songs, lyrics and sounds. something for everyone!
my faves are cuz i can, fingers, who knew and i'm not dead, oh, and mr president, if you're reading this, go take a walk with p!nk (i know i would if she offered )
p!nk proves she's still got it, she's the best and can rock with the best of them!!
a must buy! |
